This Sr. officer role ensures the efficient and smooth running of the IR activities. Including:
Create and maintain models for the local and regional players in the sector as well devise and perform sector research
Maintain constant coverage of industry related news, trends and developments. Share of these insights internally and externally when needed.
Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management
Responds appropriately to routine enquiries from shareholders and helps to maintain positive relationships with all related shareholders
Checks and validates share related required documents and ensures all the documents are complete legally, compliance with BSF procedural requirements, SAMA regulations and customer's requirement
For incompleteness, inconsistent documents and any updates in the existing documents, consults the related parties, explains the discrepancies and follows up for the requirements
Maintains shareholder files, scans the documents, implements and maintains appropriate archiving and data retrieval systems in order to ensure ease of access and up to date information at all times
Prepares shareholder agreements and various related documents in line with the policies and procedures for Management decisions and later arranges them for filling
Validates the processes of incoming payments, arranges bank deposits, processes checks for payables related to shareholders
Prepares replies of SAMA and Audit related inquiries and implementation of the recommendations
Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly shares and shareholders related reports and other MIS reports, and submitted to Management
Manages the investor relations portion of the company web site
Support Investor Relations (institutional) with earnings cycle workflow, performing a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
Performs any special projects, adhoc assignments as may be required by line manager, including but not limited to IR and EPM
Oversees and support the production of all IR annual reports supplementary statements
Support IR Head and line manager developing and maintaining BSF investor relations plan
Skills
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Financial Services, Accounting or Economics
Numerical discipline plus more 3-5 years of Administrative experience within Financial services or similar professional services working environment
Solid understanding in banking operation, products and business module
Administration and workflow processing
Analytical thinking and problem solving
BSF policies and procedures
Business ethics (AML, CTF, KYC)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Communication, presentation and facilitation (written and spoken)
Computer literacy and MS Office Applications
