Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the Manager of Talent Acquisition in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for EDB. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes. The position also focuses on building a strong employer brand and fostering a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities
Onboarding Coordination: Partner with EDB HR to ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees, providing necessary resources and support for their integration.
Daily HR Support: Assist the Manager and HR team in daily HR functions, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
Sourcing and Recruitment: Source and recruit candidates using various platforms such as databases, social media, and professional networks; screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Employee File Management: Maintain and update all employee files and data as per the Employee Checklist, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Job Description Preparation: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare job descriptions for new vacancies in line with the approved Manpower Planning, ensuring clarity and alignment with role requirements.
Candidate Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, building influential relationships and providing a positive experience throughout the selection process.
Hiring Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, using data to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Process Development: Develop a thorough understanding of recruitment processes and consistently apply best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Interview Scheduling: Organize and schedule interviews, and coordinate with line managers to confirm availability, book interview rooms or virtual meetings, and communicate arrangements with candidates.
Offer Letter Production and Contract Management: Assist in producing offer letters and managing contract negotiations and administration, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Monitoring and Controlling Responsibilities:
Hiring Metrics Optimization: Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire to optimize recruitment processes.
Candidate Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain and monitor the candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
