Job Purpose:
To perform the day-to-day activities in Talent Acquisition, source and interview candidates, and start the hiring process as per the defined policy and procedure. Meet managers and provide the best service in a timely manner to support the department's objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Source and engage top talent through job boards, social media, and market mapping.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and deliver a fantastic candidate experience.
- Provide market insights to improve our hiring strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a background in corporate hiring.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the right talent.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management Field or equivalent.
