This role is pivotal in shaping our Operational Risk Framework, overseeing Business Continuity Management (BCM), and ensuring operational resilience across diverse projects.

Responsibilities:
Operational Risk Framework: Drive the development and enhancement of our Operational Risk Framework, ensuring robust controls and compliance.
Business Continuity Management (BCM): Lead BCM strategies to safeguard operations and mitigate risks effectively.
Project Management: Spearhead initiatives in operational risk management, collaborating cross-functionally for impactful outcomes.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on operational risk activities, delivering insights to Senior Management.

Your Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in BCM, Audit, or Operational Risk within banking or financial services.
Skills: Strong analytical prowess, adept at prioritization and problem-solving. Proven ability to engage stakeholders and excel under pressure.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach to communication and collaboration.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
