Monitor and optimize processes to maximize scope of services yield, minimize downtime, and meet quality specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess equipment performance, identify maintenance needs, and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth operations and prevent disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, and production, to plan and execute maintenance activities, turnarounds, and shutdowns.
Develop and implement operating procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Analyze operational data, such as production rates, energy consumption, and environmental factors, to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments to enhance safety and prevent future incidents.
Provide technical guidance and support to operators and technicians, ensuring proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement and maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, Advanced degrees are a plus.
3 years up to 5 years Solid Experience in same field.
oil and gas field background are preferred.
Very good command spoken and written English (is must )
