Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Operations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time role where you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations as we build out our core team in the UAE. This includes managing administrative/operational activities, liaising with investors/clients/internal teams, supporting investment operations, and implementing processes and best practices. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy with a keen interest in incorporating innovative solutions to streamline our operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience living and working in the UAE
• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a significant advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience at a startup, entrepreneurial firm, or investment management industry
• Background in real estate or finance industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and work independently
• Tech-savvy with an interest in incorporating AI and technology to streamline operations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Management preferred
• UAE driving licence required
