Perfect Presentation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and a proven track record in implementing and optimizing these systems. Key Responsibilities:
- HCM Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop Oracle EBS HCM strategies that align with their business objectives and improve workforce management.
- Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle EBS HCM modules, ensuring configurations meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications within Oracle EBS HCM.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to client teams on Oracle EBS HCM modules, ensuring effective usage and adoption.
- Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change associated with Oracle EBS HCM implementations and process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within Oracle EBS HCM to optimize HR functions and reporting capabilities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials specific to Oracle EBS HCM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM consulting, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS HCM system implementation and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and HR processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS HCM or project management are preferred.
