Purpose of the Job:
To provide comprehensive technical support and expertise for Oracle ERP systems, with a specific focus on the SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Finance modules. The role involves the customization, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle applications, ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems, and optimizing system performance to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- :Provide technical support for daily operations within Oracle ERP, focusing on SCM and Finance modules
- .Develop and implement new system requirements, including API integrations and interface tables
- .Customize and personalize Oracle Forms and OAF (Oracle Application Framework) to enhance user experience and meet business-specific needs
- .Design, manage, and troubleshoot Oracle Concurrent Programs to ensure efficient batch processing
- .Administer and configure Oracle Alert Manager to monitor and manage system alerts effectively
- .Generate and customize Oracle Discoverer XML reports to meet detailed reporting requirements
- .Develop and maintain Oracle Workflow processes and Approvals Management Engine (AME) to streamline business operations
- .Set up and support Web ADI (Application Desktop Integrator) to facilitate data upload and integration
- .Ensure seamless third-party system integrations with Oracle ERP, addressing any issues promptly
- .Actively engage in ongoing projects, ensuring technical alignment with business goals and timelines
- .Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, addressing any related system issues promptly
.Job Specifications
:Education
- :Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
.Experience
- :5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP technical consulting, with a focus on SCM and Finance modules
