Job Description:
Implement new and existing policies and procedures that proactively foster an environment of continuous growth
Identify potential challenges that impact performance, provide alternative solutions to mitigate risk, and share feedback with other business leaders
Ensure that the KPIs/deliverables are achieved by the team monthly.
Manage workflow, escalations, and delegate tasks across the leadership team
Drive strategy and programs that improve the growth and associate experience
Facilitate outreach partnerships throughout the community.
Plan and organize outreach plans and activities
Provide a high-quality outreach approach; maintain positive, professional, and engaged relationships with partners and content creators.
Lead and manage the outreach team to implement the plan.
Continually research and identify new potential partners/content creators and opportunities to enhance existing relationships.
Tracking and maintaining partners/content creators records, and contracts, and ensuring timely execution of quality.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in partnerships or business development.
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Excellent English & Arabic Languages.
Excellent user of LinkedIn and other outreach tools.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
Very good Strategic thinking and Attention to details skills.
