We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing payroll processes for our operations in the UAE, Oman, and Qatar. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in overseeing staff cost projections for forecast review. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide professional management of the company payroll to internal customers within the organization, be a HRIS super user and to support the HR department as and when needed.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for employees in the UAE, Oman, and Qatar, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, regulations, and taxation requirements in each country.
- Process and review payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and benefits deductions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including payroll summaries, and deductions reports.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate payroll data and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations in the UAE, Oman, and Qatar.
- Assist in the preparation of staff cost projections for forecast review.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, patterns, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related queries and issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
Educational Background/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, laws, and tax requirements in the UAE, Oman, and Qatar.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
