As a Senior Performance Manager, you will work directly on 3-5 clients, owning the responsibility for targets and budgets. You will manage digital performance strategy and implementation on your assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through service delivery and meeting agreed objectives. You will need a strong understanding of all digital channels, understanding how digital fits into the overall client strategy, and strong communication skills to develop relationships with clients.

Client Leadership:

Understand the business and competitive landscape and support the development of a vision and strategy across client businesses and markets.

Provide a clear vision for annual achievements and have a clear plan regarding timelines, delivery, and targets.

Ensure best-in-class client servicing across your accounts.
Take accountability for budgets and performance targets, focusing on how to consistently achieve clients targets.
Develop specific audience strategies and utilize 1P data to drive growth and personalization, as well as reducing wasted spend.
Identify best practice digital techniques and tools to support campaigns and optimization.
Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the success of campaigns and strategies.Operational Excellence:
Responsible for driving best-in-class activation across your clients.
Ensure optimization and reporting are done at the appropriate frequency across your campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are activated to the best quality according to best practice and excellence documents.
Strategy & Account Management:
Develop and deliver a data-driven digital strategy across all client businesses and markets, including identifying new opportunities for growth and planning approaches for social, search, video, etc.
Take accountability for budgets and performance targets, focusing on how to consistently achieve clients targets.
Develop specific audience strategies and utilize 1P data to drive growth and personalization, as well as reducing wasted spend.
Identify best practice digital techniques and tools to support campaigns and optimization.
Drive innovation and automation across all accounts.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
Google, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and Twitter ads knowledge is essential for this role.
Robust experience managing large accounts.
Strong operational ability.
Deep knowledge and passion for digital marketing.
Proven strategic and planning skills.
Experience working with performance marketing tools such as Google Marketing Platforms, Google Analytics, and CDPs.
Possess a data and analytics mindset: deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, tracking, tech stack, and measurement.
An effective communicator who can articulate thoughts in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
