As the Senior Performance Marketing professional, you will be responsible for driving Lendo's customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. You will manage and optimize all paid digital marketing channels, enhance SEO, implement advanced conversion tracking, and oversee mobile app analytics. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in expanding our B2B marketing efforts, targeting both individuals and businesses, to maximize growth and impact. You will also lead and maintain strategic relationships with key digital platforms such as Google, TikTok, Snap, and others to ensure optimal campaign performance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across PPC, display, social media, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
Focus on both B2C (individuals) and B2B (businesses) customer segments, ensuring targeted and effective campaigns.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
Manage the entire marketing funnel, from ad creation to conversion rate optimization, ensuring campaigns align with both B2C and B2B goals.SEO Optimization:
Lead SEO efforts to increase organic traffic and improve search visibility, tailored to attract both individuals and business clients.
Collaborate with content and technical teams to implement SEO best practices and improve website performance.
Data Analysis & Advanced Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Provide data-driven reports and dashboards to inform decision-making, focusing on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Advanced Conversion Tracking & Attribution:
Implement and manage sophisticated conversion tracking across all channels, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign impact.
Develop attribution models that accurately reflect the contribution of each marketing effort to overall business goals.
Mobile App Marketing & Analytics:
Oversee performance marketing for Lendo's mobile app, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Utilize mobile app analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform marketing strategies.
B2B Marketing Focus:
Lead the expansion of Lendo's B2B marketing initiatives, targeting SMEs and corporate clients.
Develop tailored strategies to reach and convert business clients, leveraging industry insights and data.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making.Platform Relationship Management:
Lead and maintain relationships with key digital platforms such as Google, TikTok, Snap, and others.
Collaborate with platform representatives to optimize campaign performance, stay updated on new features, and leverage exclusive opportunities.Budget Management:
Manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
Track and forecast budget needs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving results in both B2C and B2B environments.
Deep expertise in managing digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with advanced knowledge in conversion tracking and attribution.
Experience in mobile app analytics and performance marketing.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage external relationships.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
