The Retargeting specialist will be a key part of the performance marketing division, responsible for the creation, implementation and optimizing retargeting campaigns to bring users back to the E-commerce platform. The mission is to increase the user conversions, retention and engagement by the development of out of the box retargeting strategies, focusing on B2C
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retargeting strategies to recapture previous visitors and boost conversions.
- Identification and segmentation of the audiences based on user behavior and the engagement history
- Create a personalized ad messaging targeted to different customer segments
- Develop our retargeting schedules to strategically capture users at the optimal times
- Coordinate with the creative team to create visual assets that reinforce the retargeting efforts.
- Design and execute retargeting campaigns across the different platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, programmatic networks)
- Monitoring, analytics, and optimization of campaign performance to improve the KPI's (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- Collaborate with Product marketing and Paid Media teams to align your retargeting initiatives with the marketing campaigns
- Perform A/B testing on the creative, copy and the targeting parameters to choose the most effective approach
- Performance analysis and reporting
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance, including KPI's like sales generated, conversion rates and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to refine affiliate strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Present finding and recommendations to our senior management
- Ensure all campaigns comply with the privacy Regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and local MENA regulations)
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on retargeting, remarketing, or paid media campaigns.
- Media Buying experience or Performance Marketing
- Familiarity with Marketing automation tools - at least one of them
- Experience with E-commerce or iGaming
- Experience in E-commerce, Google Ads, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), (paid advertising campaigns).
- Proficiency in using ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Google ads certification or equivalent is a plus
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, user journeys, and audience building.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign) is a plus.
- Experience in remarketing and retargeting techniques, remarketing tags, audience creation on Google Ads.
- Experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads or programmatic network (a MUST)
