Job Title: Senior Physics Teacher (IGCSE Experience)

Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Senior Physics Teacher with specialised expertise in delivering the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum. Responsibilities
Curriculum Leadership:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive physics lessons tailored for IGCSE students.
- Mentor and support other physics teachers in the department.
- Utilize innovative and engaging approaches to foster an interest in the subject matter.
- Adapt teaching methodologies and materials to accommodate the diverse learning needs of our clients students.
- Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking among students through engaging classroom interactions.
Assessment And Progress Monitoring
- Formulate and implement assessment strategies, including examinations and assignments, to assess student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance, facilitating student improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance with attention to detail.
Communication And Collaboration
- Foster transparent and effective communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues to maintain a supportive learning community.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field; preference given to candidates holding a master's degree in education or physics.
- Teaching certification, ideally specialising in Physics or Science education.
- Proven track record of successful teaching experience within the IGCSE curriculum framework.
- Classroom management skills and the ability to foster positive student-teacher dynamics.
- Genuine passion for education and a steadfast commitment to nurturing the holistic development of students.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and a willingness to integrate them into the teaching-learning process.
