Senior PR Account Manager - Sports & Entertainment (Dubai)

We are seeking an experienced Senior PR Account Manager to join our team and take charge of our growing portfolio of clients in the sports and entertainment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their goals, provide strategic counsel, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectives, incorporating media relations, content creation, social media, events, and influencer partnerships.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts in sports and entertainment. Secure high-impact media coverage and manage press events, interviews, and press conferences.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, articles, blog posts, and other PR materials. Ensure all content is of high quality and on brand.
- Crisis Management: Provide expert guidance and execution on crisis communication strategies to protect and enhance client reputations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior PR staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure high-quality work output.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on PR campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and management for client accounts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and meeting financial targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in sports and entertainment PR.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of PR experience, preferably within the sports and entertainment sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
