Position Overview:
The Pre-Sales Senior Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. This role involves understanding customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to secure business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support for DC power systems, solar power systems, and data center solutions to the customers.
Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions that meet their specific needs and align with industry best practices.
Developing and delivering technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical requirements and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and product developments to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and execution sectot to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the pre-sales process.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the DC power, solar power, or data center industries.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of DC power systems, solar power technologies, and data center infrastructure. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
