Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Presales Specialist at TSME. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, and providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. Additionally, the Presales Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and propose customized solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in client meetings, providing in-depth knowledge of our technology solutions and how they address specific client needs.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and propose tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, gather technical requirements, and provide consultative guidance on best-fit solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications, solution architecture, and implementation plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including (Sales, delivery and engineering, Marketing and product management) teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions, including software, hardware, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and proposals.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with business domains such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), integrations, low-code platforms, and cloud solutions.
  • Experience with tools such as Software AG WebMethods, Automation Anywhere, Out systems, and Azure.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco).
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
