About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Pricing and Revenue Manager to lead our pricing strategies and revenue optimization initiatives across KSA and UAE markets. This role is critical in ensuring we maximize profitability while offering competitive pricing, directly impacting our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, financially savvy, and capable of collaborating across teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Pricing and Revenue Management
- Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Lead the creation of dynamic pricing models to maximize revenue and market share
- Revenue Optimization: Analyze revenue streams and implement strategies to improve margins and overall profitability
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to inform pricing and product strategies
- Monitor Market Dynamics: Continuously assess market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to adjust strategies proactively
- Supply Planning and Coordination
- Supply Forecasting: Analyze market trends and consumer demand to predict supply requirements
- Liaise with Partnership Team: Collaborate closely with the partnership team to communicate supply mix needs, pricing parameters, and timing requirements
- Guidance on Supply Strategy: Provide data-driven insights to inform the partnership team's negotiations and agreements with rental company partners
- Inventory Alignment: Ensure that supply availability aligns with market demand through effective planning and coordination
- Data Analytics and Insights
- Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, pricing effectiveness, and market share
- Reporting: Provide regular strategic insights and updates to the leadership team to inform decision-making
- Strategic Market Planning
- Market Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and increased penetration in KSA and UAE
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Team Coordination: Work closely with finance, operations, sales, and particularly the partnership team to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate plans and results to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness across functions
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or Master's degree is a plus
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or a similar strategic role
- Proven experience in e-commerce, ride-hailing, automotive, or subscription-based business models is preferred
- Demonstrated success in data-driven decision-making and financial analysis
- Skills:
- Strategic Pricing Expertise: Ability to develop and implement effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Market Analysis: Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decision-making
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools
- Additional Requirements:
- Experience in the Middle East market, specifically in KSA and UAE
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of subscription models and the automotive sector
