Position Objectives:
The objective is to improve the consistency, clarity, and effectiveness of processes and systems while enhancing scalability to ensure a streamlined, focused, and controlled approach to continuous improvement.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Evaluate existing processes to improve operational efficiency & agility, reduce cost, and develop and apply best practices within the transformation process.
- Conduct comprehensive AS-IS process analysis and develop TO-BE process models to identify and bridge gaps.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to pinpoint root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and evaluate process measurement systems, including KPIs & SLAs, to ensure continuous process tracking and improvement.
- Identify areas where the targeted processes and services metrics are not reached, and hold regular benchmarking, audits, maturity assessments, and reviews.
- Introduce new automation opportunities using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath to enhance process efficiency and reduce redundancies.
- Perform workflow analysis using process mining tools to define bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Analyse all data regularly to make informed recommendations, documenting any potential efficiency savings accordingly.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions using common business process modeling tools like Bizagi, Camunda, or ARIS to facilitate process analysis
Business & System Analysis:
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications (BRD/SRS).
- Ensure all documentation aligns with stakeholder expectations and project goals.
- Navigate challenges in aligning business and system requirements through robust solution-building.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with concerned stakeholders and oversee the testing process to validate the integrity and quality of implementations.
- Review post-implementation outcomes, offering insights and driving subsequent enhancements.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
Continuous Improvement:
- Apply continuous improvement tools and maintain Lean and Six Sigma proficiency to drive a quality and efficiency culture.
- Develop governance frameworks to sustain improvements and manage change requests effectively.
- Coordinate, lead, or contribute to the design and upgrade of processes (e.g., new or revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as assigned.
- Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business and data requirements.
- Knows modern Process Improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and statistical tools like Minitab.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure KPIs are set up, implemented and monitored.
- Analysis and reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance highlighting key drivers of the results
- Maximize resource efficiency through optimization of processes to ensure the most consistent service to customers
- Set a process to authorize and document all changes related to operation Infrastructure and its components to maintain a minimum of interruptive effects on the running operation.
- Provide training, awareness, and support on related processes and tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
- Min. 7 to 10 years (at least 4 years in their field of specialization)
- Proven work experience in process engineering and business analysis
- Knowledge of process-related standards (BPMN 2.0, ITIL & ETOM Assurance Framework)
- Technical understanding on Construction Field
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills

- The ability to work well under pressure
- Understanding of basic project management principles
