Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
- Design and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to improve process capabilities.
- Train and mentor junior process engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
