Role Purpose :
- The Sr. Engineer Procurement is responsible for technical Reviews, negotiations, & approvals of Sub-Contracts and lead items
Responsibilities :
- Lead contract management to produce technical SOW & Terms of progress.
- Technical evaluation of vendor's and contractors
- Technical approval for submittals to procure
- Evaluate Request for Contracts (RFC) from PMO department.
- Issue RFP to nominated contractors and lead materials vendors.
- Presentations and recommendations technical evaluations of proposals receive from contractors and vendors to the steering committee or management.
- Finalizations and award contracts in coordination with Supply Chian director
- Implement cost effective contract management to improve Project progress monitoring.
- Ensure Procurement Cycle (PR-PO) lead time compliance for department KPI.
- Lead & supervise procurement team for daily procurements.
- Ensure Cost-Saving Procurement to achieve the Management Target (KPI)
- Align with procurement management to implement paper-Less procurement & Automize entire procurement cycle.
- Assist Procurement head for procurement planning and management reporting's
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 05-8 Years Experience
- Organizational skills.
- Communication/writing skills.
- Organization & collaboration skills.
- Time management skills.
- Follow up & tracking skills.
- Excellent Microsoft skills
- Good command in English & Arabic
