About the Role
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to join our growing data team. As a Product Data Analyst, you will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive product-related decisions and optimize user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of product-related data to extract valuable insights and identify trends
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor product performance/usage
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and understandably
- Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and outliers
- Apply statistical techniques and data analysis to support product optimization and strategy, with a focus on SaaS metrics
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to develop data-driven insights and solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with product goals
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Key Requirements- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a SaaS company
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI)
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and experience in analyzing user behavior data for SaaS products
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, A/B testing, and product data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to write advanced SQL queries
