As the Senior Product Designer, reporting to our Product Design Lead, you'll have the opportunity to design impactful, user-centered products that support thousands of learners. We're looking for a passionate designer who thrives on solving complex problems and creating intuitive, delightful digital experiences.

What you'll do:

• Create and validate product experiences through mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product strategy and translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Advocate for the user experience (UX) within cross-functional teams and throughout the organization.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product work.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience working with agile product development teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• A strong understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and interaction design.
• Ownership mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with design trends.
