Responsibilities
- Lead complex design projects from research to implementation
- Influence product strategy and decisions based on well-reasoned design thinking
- Coach junior designers, fostering a creative and inclusive design culture
- Advocate for users, integrating user feedback, and user research data into design decisions
- Proactively contribute to and evolve the company's design system
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work on complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in design software and deep knowledge of interaction design principles
- Proven ability to solve complex design problems
- Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to drive design conversations at a strategic level
- Robust experience in conducting comprehensive user research and usability testing
