Halan is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to work with our Product Design team! Product Designers are responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with our digital products.
What will you be involved in
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Partner with Product Designers and researchers to collect user feedback and conduct tests to optimize user experience
- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and business teams
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
What skills do you bring
- 4+ years as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of related projects
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
- Familiar with design systems and design tokens
- A growth-mindset. You're open and receptive to feedback, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- You are a team player and can coordinate with various teams involved with your work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
