3+ years technical IT experience that includes the following:
- Hands-on experience in AppDynamics design, deployment and maintenance.
- Planning, design, Implement, Configure, maintain, report generation, root cause analysis, bottleneck analysis and following up for closure.
- Good understanding in software operations and development lifecycle.
- Hands on experience in configuring BT's, alerts and dashboards as per the business demands.
- Ensure on time delivery of APM activities.
- IT Operations and Application Support.
- Ensure APM standards to be followed across all the key applications.
- Solid understanding of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows).
- Any direct experience with development (in any language) helpful.
- Must understand the interrelationships between the various infrastructure layers O/S, Disk. Network, NAS, SAN.
- Working with a wide variety of platforms and application stacks. Ability to understand new application frameworks in customer environments quickly.
- Consulting or Professional Services experience. Demonstrated ability to work with customers under tight deadlines.
- Integrate AppDynamics with different 3rd party tools.
- Contributes actively to the overall APM strategy, especially feasibility checks, requirement gathering, implementing and configurations for project implementations.
Background
