About the role:
This role will lead Product efforts for developing industry-leading AI software using cutting-edge research breakthroughs.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will continuously shape, own, and deliver on our ambitious product roadmap. Starting from user needs, and a deep understanding of GenAI technologies and the ecosystem in which we operate, you will rally x-fn teams around a compelling shared vision, and underlying product plan and drive its execution.
You'll focus deeply on technology, early-stage product development, cross-functional leadership, and partnerships enablement to have maximal impact.

Job responsibilities:
- Work entrepreneurially alongside our outstanding AI researchers, engineers, and other x-fn experts to identify new product and feature opportunities before incubating, launching, and scaling them in close collaboration with partners
- Develop product requirements for research products to scale. Evangelize the technology
- Identify new high-potential technologies that could have a groundbreaking impact on the world
- Develop technology vision; build the case to invest in new product development.
- Develop close relationships at the executive and working levels with partner teams to deeply understand their top priorities and how our research can help accelerate their existing products in the B2B space
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships that are aligned with our research and partner team goals around building AI-powered products for B2B customers and partners
About you
Required Qualifications (what you should have):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Product Management experience; crafting strategic product roadmaps from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in early stage and startup environments
- A passion for AI
Preferred experience (it would be awesome if you also had these):
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Engineering or related technical field
- B2B Product Management experience
- Extensive experience with ML, LLMs, or Generative AI and deep technical skills (mandatory)
- An outstanding track record of figuring out product market fit
- Experience driving large cross-functional projects and enabling strategic commercial partnerships
- Strong communication skills
