As the Senior Product Manager, you will,
- Manage the product cycle end-to-end from opportunity discovery to release planning including assessing the success of features released.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure shared understanding, alignment, and successful delivery of product features.
- Own release planning & roll-out plans of new features across
- Maintain the product backlog groomed & prioritized based on business impact and effort to ensure maximum value that is aligned with the product strategy.
- Be the voice of the users advocating the product vision and direction to all business, UX and engineering teams.
- Own product KPIs, Strategy and vision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis and encourage cross-functional team to collaborate on shared objectives.
- Lead impact analysis of new features prior and post development phases.
- Oversee the development stages from kick-off sessions, iteration planning, an evaluating the product progress at each iteration.
- Analyze, prioritize, optimize, and repeat!
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years experience in product management working with software development teams (product-based is preferred).
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and detail-orientation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
- Having an eye for awesome UX is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined, self-motivated and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
