About the job:
The Product Manager will lead the delivery of core modules within **nourOS**, an advanced AI-native enterprise operating system that is transforming how organizations interact with complex systems. nourOS is setting a new standard in AI-driven ERP solutions, driving innovation across domains such as HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and more. The role requires expertise in building for B2B environments, focusing on both internal and external customers while creating tailored use cases to meet specific customer needs.
This role requires close collaboration with the Head of Product and Director at Aramco Digital and offers significant exposure to the CEO, as nourOS is one of the most important and rapidly growing products within the organization, with high visibility in both government and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Module Delivery: Take full ownership of the user experience design, product UIUX design and development, and delivery of modules like HR, Finance, Legal, or Procurement, overseeing each from concept through to user acceptance testing and continuous improvement.
- Transformative AI-Driven Product Design: Use first-principles thinking to reshape the user experience, leveraging the most cutting-edge LLM models in both English and Arabic to drive substantial changes to ways of working in the enterprise.
- Customer-Specific Solutions: Develop tailored solutions and use cases based on specific customer needs, ensuring nourOS delivers exceptional value in various enterprise contexts.
- Digital Transformation Expertise: Drive the adoption of nourOS for customers migrating from legacy systems to advanced AI-powered solutions, guiding them through a seamless digital transformation process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with designers, engineers, and junior product managers, converting complex requirements into clear, detailed user stories, establishing role-based access controls, and developing workflows and AI system prompts. Act as an effective prompt engineer to ensure designers understand the desired experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external customers regularly, including frequent travel to customer sites, to gather feedback and drive user-centered product improvements.
- Leadership and Team Coordination: Lead a team of junior product managers, industry experts, designers, and engineers, fostering collaboration and a high standard of output. Ensure the modules you develop align with nourOS's AI-native ERP vision.
- Compliance and Architecture Standards: Ensure all modules meet architecture review board standards, security requirements, and infrastructure needs.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally in ERP-related domains such as HR, Finance, Procurement, or in B2B environments.
