Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with product teams and key stakeholders to define priorities, deliverables, and design approaches. You will lead the product strategy, planning, delivery, and marketing of solutions and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop a strategic vision for the public safety products powered by generative AI.
• Serve as the business expert and go-to person within the public safety product suite vertical.
• In-depth understanding of the crisis and emergency response management ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Physical Security Information Management systems and related products.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in generative AI within the public safety.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in crisis and emergency management.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and delivery teams.
• Define and track key product metrics and success criteria, using data and feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
