About the role:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager with an extreme sense of ownership to lead one Product area in Ogram. The role involves a high level of autonomy to drive business impact by creating the best product the staffing industry has seen.
Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
- Own business metrics and drive them by leading a Product team composed of engineers, product designers and data analysts.
- Define the vision and strategy for your Product area, making sure it's aligned with Ogram's overall product vision.
- Conduct user interviews to deeply understand our users and their pain points and needs.
- Prioritize the user pain points/needs that if solved will unlock the most business impact.
- Work closely with your Product designer and Engineers to come up with the most simple yet delightful solutions to solve the user's pain points and validate them with the users before developing them.
- Coordinate with Marketing the communications regarding every new feature to ensure they have maximum adoption from the targeted users.
- Define success metrics for each release in your Product area, and analyze its performance to gather learnings and define next steps.
- Keep internal stakeholders on the loop, updating them about the product roadmap and strategy while listening to their feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading product teams.
- Track record of driving business impact through Product development in complex and uncertain domains.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate high-complexity domains into simple mental models.
- A strong product sense to identify and build a top-notch product UX.
- High standards, holding yourself and the team accountable for the quality of the product delivered.
