Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Owner and Scrum Master to join our team and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while fostering agile methodologies and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers, transforming them into a clear and actionable backlog.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure clarity on requirements and priorities.

Continuously groom the product backlog, refining stories, and prioritizing features based on business value.

Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure the team delivers on objectives.

Monitor and assess product performance post-launch to guide future improvements.

Foster an environment of continuous improvement and agile best practices.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to manage expectations and ensure clear communication.

Ensure the team adheres to project timelines while maintaining quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Nice to have:

Certification in Product Ownership or Agile methodologies.

Technical background or experience working closely with development teams.
