Job Description
Leadership of the Unit s demand & production plan and setting the strategic direction for the demand planning agenda
Implement the production plan in order to support the company's strategies and objectives to achieve optimal utilization of stock and materials, fulfilling sales needs and achieve the highest of customer service level.
Ensure Maintain ideal schedule and conduct progress reports.
Production-planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production and make analysis for the sector performance on long and short term
Be responsible for managing the process that converts the agreed demand plan into production requirements and making sure the product is delivered on time, in full to meet customer needs.
Lead and facilitate the S&OP process
Setting daily production schedules according to the approved plan and prioritizing orders
Analyze forecast performance and leverages supply chain-modeling techniques to develop tactical and operational accurate demand forecasts.
Partner with sales leadership and key customers to support strategic planning and develop and execute solutions that enable efficiency, effectiveness and growth.
Manage and influence customers to drive business performance and pro-actively report on key KPI s ensuring delivery of key customer service targets whilst driving efficiency in the supply chain.
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
. Monitoring of Production KPIs across the production team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
4 to 6 years of experience in planning.
FMCG Background.
Specialized studies in - Supply chain management - production planning.
ERP System User.
Excellent Command of MS Office (Excel-word-PowerPoint).
Excellent Command of English Language.
