Position Summary:
The ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Sr. Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading strategies and initiatives related to sustainability, occupational health and safety within the company organization. This role involves collaborating across all departments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and customer demands, promoting socially responsible practices, and enhancing overall ESG and EHS performance indicators.
What You Will Do:
- Define, deploy and lead corporate sustainability (ESG) strategies, programs and targets
- Environmental footprint & reduction targets in alignment with reporting standards (ESRS-CSRD, GRI)
- Coordinate stakeholder communications (internal, external, sustainability reporting)
- ISO14001 & ISO45001: Lead the internal audits and assure our external certification
- Define and lead EHS programs and to achieve set targets
- Lead Innovation & improvement projects (e.g., Zero Accidents Program, BBS)
- Assure regular EHS assessments to identify potential risks and hazards, and develop corrective & preventive action plans for our manufacturing and support locations
- Manage the pool of site-EHS personnel (dotted line reporting, target/program deployment);
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards
- Monitor developing legal landscape regarding ESG and EHS, market trends, and customer demands for translation into business execution
- Opportunities way forward:
- Implement a Life-Cycle Impact Assessment approach
- Product Environmental Passport, Product Carbon Footprint, Company Carbon Footprint,
- Drive EcoDesign (sustainable manufacturing & products) and subsequent transition towards Circular Economy with Cross-functional & cross-site support, including training of internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):
- Strong Leadership skills
- 5 years of experience in ESG, EHS, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field, with a responsibility in program development and management preferably with experience in a corporate role.
- Solid knowledge of labor, health & safety regulations, and/or environmental regulations/issues
- Professional certification in EHS management (e.g., CSP, CIH or equivalent) and/or sustainability (e.g., GRI, CDP) is highly desirable
- Certified internal lead auditor for current ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards;
- Excellent English verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, process & solution-orientated thinking
- Engaging, integer, and confident personality Pro-active and independent work style
- Comfortable taking risks, driving change, and fostering creativity
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- International and domestic travel is required

- ESG, Safety, Health and Environmental, Social, MBA or related
Years of Experience (Minimum)
Licenses / Certifications
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 or SA 8000 or RBA auditor Certificate preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in auditing processes and management systems is a plus.
- Good proficiency in Mandarin language is a plus, but not required
