Responsibilities:
- Work in compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards
- Execute the Plan and Schedule Work element of the Business Process Framework.
- Plan approved projects for resource procurement and execution.
- Collaborate with project and maintenance teams and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Identify and escalate critical issues that may impact successful work order completion on the project.
- Develop and maintain work packages that improve project planning efficiency.
- Provide project department supervision.
- Build and Controlling project Budget
- Build and controlling project Strategy plan
- Provide technical Data analyses report for weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualification Requirements:
- Proven experience as Project Planner preferably with a specialization on construction and processing equipment
- Must have Mechanical engineering degree
- Must have PMP and RMP
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to supervise and advice project team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the project team
- Relevant certifications or technical training in mechanical engineering.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanically engineer with a specialization in construction and Mining equipment (minimum 8 years of relevant experience).
- Strong knowledge of Planning systems, controlling budget, and experience installation techniques.
- Experience in project procedure and execution plan.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency on the system controlling SAP activity and AFE for project equipment used in Mining
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to build and review bill of quantity
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certification of Mechanical engineering.
