:Responsibilities
Create, develop ,and implement comprehensive project management plans, outlining timelines, budgets, resources, and key milestones with relevant team members.
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Prepare progress reports for senior management.
Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
Create management, communication plans and processes.
Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
Analyze project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders across the Department
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field.
+4 years of experience
Experience in Capital Project Management
