PMO - Digital / SDLC - Banking
- 4-7 years of experience in PMO, with significant exposure to Banking.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking operations, products, and customer service practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project delivery focused on software implementation or digital transformation.
- Proven track record in establishing and managing a PMO to standardize project management practices.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the PMO, ensuring alignment with senior management and consistency across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for digital transformation and software implementation projects in retail banking.
- Manage resources, budgets, and KPIs for the PMO.
- Ensure governance and compliance within the retail banking sector.
- Develop and maintain project management policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Deliver training and orientation to employees on project management best practices.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends in retail banking to enhance the organization's project management practices.
