Providing day to day oversight and direction to the PMC team. Leading regular project review meetings, identify problem areas and ensure that corrective actions are initiated. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Constantly evaluate the performance of the EPC contractor to ensure that: Personnel provided by the EPC contractor or sufficiently experienced and capable of delivering the project in accordance with the project requirements. All required execution plans and procedures are in place, that the plans and procedures are adequate to deliver the project, and that the EPC contractor is performing the work in accordance with these plans and procedures. An approved list of deliverables is developed. All deliverables are issued on a timely basis, reviewed by appropriate members of the PMC team, and comments are provided on a timely basis. A Master Schedule is developed, reviewed and agreed by the PMC, and that work is executed in accordance with the schedule or appropriate corrective actions are taken to deliver the project within the defined time frame. Work is being performed within the Quality and HSE objectives of the project.
Prepare a Post Implementation Review report upon completion of the project to identify critical technical and commercial issues and the way they were resolved. Requirement. MSc /BSc Civil or equivalent. Chartership. PMC Experience in residential, commercial. ECI Contract experience is must.
Minimum of 5 years GCC experience required.
Preferred 10 year experience in role.
