Job Description:

You will be responsible for generating new property listings

Finding new tenants or buyers

Discussing with clients the benefits of leasing or selling properties.

Registering new landlords/sellers

Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients and sending suitable properties

Generating clients by promoting, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients.

Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to clients.

Partnering with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties within the identified target market.

Negotiating between buyers and sellers to facilitate contractual agreements that are in the best interests of all parties involved.

Drafting sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions.

Ensuring that all real estate transactions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale, & leasing of properties.

Requirements:

2 Years Experience in UAE

Self-motivated and Entrepreneurial mindset

RERA Qualification ideal but not essential

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, promote teamwork, and knowledge sharing to achieve goals and deliverables

Positive and Intelligent personality with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills

Strong communication skills

Pleasant & Trustworthy

Must Have Driving License & Car

As a sales & leasing consultant your typical day will include around half of your time in the office canvassing, prospecting and securing contracts, with the other half of your time spent meeting clients and conducting viewings. You should have a strong mindset and be prepared for this fast-paced market!
