We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Property Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the real estate industry, be skilled in closing deals, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and providing professional advice to clients.

### Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee property sales and leasing transactions from start to finish.

Provide professional advice to clients on market conditions and prices.

Identify clients needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate properties.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.

Stay updated with the latest market trends and property listings.

Work closely with the marketing and sales team to generate leads and increase sales.

Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

### Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Property Consultant or similar role in real estate.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property laws.

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (preferred).
