Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive opportunity to the client & be aware of similar units in different projects with the same criteria
Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline, and building powerful relationships with them.
Keeping up-to-date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial sector.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
