About the Role

As a Senior Property Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of Dubai's dynamic property market, providing clients with tailored investment advice based on in-depth analysis of market trends and conditions. You will have the opportunity to work on premium off-plan projects, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to their success while growing your own career.

Responsibilities

  • Offer property investment advice to clients, analyzing market conditions and identifying trends that match their needs and preferences.
  • Provide end-to-end support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Attend high-profile events and property launches organized by leading developers.
  • Use a proactive approach to find clients through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to guide clients on property values and opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective buyers to discuss and follow up on investment opportunities.
  • Handle day-to-day operations with CRM tools and ensure all documentation is compliant with UAE real estate regulations.
  • Promote sales through innovative marketing, open houses, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and provide new ideas for lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in real estate.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, ideally within real estate or an understanding of sales processes.

Required Skills

  • Real Estate experience in off-plan sales is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and developers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills with a self-driven attitude.
  • A natural ability to work independently while staying dedicated and motivated.
  • Confident decision-making abilities with a can-do attitude.
  • Smart presentation, networking, and negotiating skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; other languages such as Farsi, Dutch, German, or Russian are a plus.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
  • UAE driving license and car is a must!
