Senior Property Consultant

We are currently seeking a talented and organized professional to join our team as Property Consultant. We are looking for motivated individuals who are up for a challenge in the fast-moving real estate industry.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Should have good knowledge of sales process of off-plan & secondary market.

Ability to source projects through various means and networks of developers.

Excellent analytical skills and numerical reasoning abilities.

Excellent negotiation skills with strong background of customer service.

Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic would be advantageous.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Exceptional knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, laws, and regulations.

Complete knowledge in Broker pad, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals, etc.

Preparing Forms such as (MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, I, & U)

Requirements

1 year of experience as a real estate broker (Sales or Leasing)

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Impressive personality

Proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
