Key Responsibilities:
Identify suppliers of goods and services
Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
Liaise with suppliers, project managers, as well as all other internal functions regarding updates and plan completion/delivery as required
Work closely with the projects team (of all businesses and functions) to understand details of requirements and their expectations
Be in regular touch with the projects team (of all businesses and functions) proactively to plan the future projects and their needs
Lead major category management activities
Identify & drive saving initiatives
Able to manage complex projects independently from the inception till the execution
Able to work with minimum supervision and keeps track of important and urgent projects
Able to take decisions analyzing risks from all the aspects
Adhere to company Procurement & Compliance Policies and processes
Should be multi-tasking and organized
Should achieve KPI with the given targets
Assist Procurement Manager in general as and when required
Able to supervise Juniors
