Senior QA & QC Engineer

We are looking for a _Senior QA & QC Engineer_ to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives within our metro station facility management operations. This critical role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in developing and enforcing quality standards in line with international ISO certifications. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in implementing ISO 9001 quality management systems and other relevant ISO standards that pertain to quality and safety in facility management and construction projects. Your leadership will ensure continuous improvement and compliance across all operational facets, fostering a culture of excellence and reliability.

• Responsibilities:

Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant ISO standards, ensuring consistent quality and continuous improvement in all processes.

• Conduct comprehensive audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead the certification and recertification processes for ISO standards, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring that all pre-requisites are met timely and efficiently.

• Manage the QA/QC documentation framework, ensuring that all operational, training, and compliance documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

Analyze data from QA/QC activities to track performance metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies for quality improvement and risk mitigation.

• Provide expert guidance and training to project teams and stakeholders on quality standards, best practices, and the importance of quality assurance and control in achieving operational excellence.

Foster a culture of quality across the organization by promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and a proactive approach to quality management and compliance.

• Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior QA/QC role, with a strong emphasis on quality systems in the construction, facilities management, or transportation sectors.

Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or equivalent, with thorough knowledge of other ISO standards relevant to quality and safety.
