Description
We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies, as well as experience with software testing and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Create and execute test cases, plans, and scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Document defects and track them to resolution
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Experience with software testing and automation tools, such as Selenium, JMeter, or Appium
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
