Responsibilities :
Senior Quality Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer interactions and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role involves reviewing and assessing recorded calls, chats, and emails for accuracy and efficiency. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and provide feedback for training purposes.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience not less than 2 years in quality mentoring Analysis in customer service field
- Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
