We are seeking a highly skilled QA Senior Level Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance processes, test automation, and software testing methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and lead QA projects, ensuring the highest quality of our products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and database testing.
- Strong understanding of API testing and how to validate RESTful web services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
- Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and defect tracking.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools is a plus (e.g., JMeter).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Proven experience in Automation Testing, especially with tools like RestAssured, Selenium, Postman, or similar is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the quality of backend APIs, services, and integrations.
- Perform comprehensive database testing and write SQL queries to verify the correctness of data stored in relational databases.
- Design and implement test cases for new features, ensuring high coverage and identifying bugs early.
- Analyze test results, log defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Perform both functional and non-functional testing (e.g., performance, security).
- Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and infrastructure.
