The QC/QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and processes. This role involves developing and implementing quality control systems, inspecting products to ensure they meet our stringent standards, and working closely with other departments to improve overall product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review QA/QC standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Prepare, review QA/QC documents, and ensure the validity of all QA/QC documents.
- Practice and ensure compliance with the Quality System.
- Practice and ensure the QC team practices good laboratory practice (GLP) and good manufacture process (GMP) in the QC lab.
- Approve/Reject within a specification product release.
- Knowledge in ISO management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in science (Chemistry department is a must) with at least 7 years of experience.
- Proven experience in quality control/quality assurance, preferably within the [insulation systems] industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with quality inspection equipment and techniques.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and other industry-relevant tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Quality Control (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
