Key Responsibilities
- Agile Quality Partnership: Collaborate closely with our Agile/Scrum teams to embed quality at every phase of development.
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Take charge of the defect lifecycle with tools like JIRA, logging, tracking, and ensuring timely resolution of all issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the development, product, and other key teams to ensure all requirements are met and acceptance testing is seamless.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Create in-depth test reports using tools like Jira, Qase, and Notion to keep stakeholders informed of quality progress.
- Manual Testing Excellence: Conduct thorough manual testing to verify that products meet our high standards.
- Automated Testing Leadership: Spearhead the adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
- Continuous Quality Assurance: Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (using Jenkins, GitLab CI) to maintain quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Performance Testing: Utilize tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to conduct performance and load testing, ensuring applications meet performance requirements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven expertise in performance testing and test automation, with knowledge of DevOps and QA automation best practices.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD integration and proficiency in testing tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and JMeter.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring a flawless user experience.
